3 Keys to Maintaining Agricultural Machinery
Regular inspection, refueling, adjustment, and maintenance of various parts of agricultural machinery can effectively ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the machine and reduce the frequency of failures. The stability of agricultural machinery performance is directly related to the efficiency and quality of agricultural production. This regular maintenance inspection, refueling, and adjustment instruction provides detailed descriptions of the maintenance items, inspection periods, and notes for each part such as the engine, traveling part, and planting part, providing clear and practical operating guidance and reference for agricultural machinery users.
1. Engine
Engine oil: Check before and after an operation, replace after 50 hours of initial maintenance (replace after every 100-150 hours of use)
Oil filter: replace after every 200 hours
Air filter cleaning: check after every 100 hours; sponge filter every 25 hours
Fuel filter replacement: check every 100 hours; and before each operation season
Radiator cooling water: check before and after operation, must avoid freezing
Radiator fin cleaning: check when the failure occurs when cooling water is replaced
2. Traveling part
Speed change gearbox gear oil tank (black cover): Check when faulty, gear oil about 9.1L 80# or 80W-90
Speed change gearbox hydraulic oil tank (yellow cover): Check when faulty, oil 8L or VG56#
Hydraulic oil filter: Check when faulty
Front wheel gearbox oil: Add oil when disassembled, (upper gearbox) 1# or 2# butter about 200g each (including top 50g) (lower gearbox) gear oil 80# or 80W-90 about 1L each
Rear wheel gearbox oil: Add oil when disassembled, gear oil 80# or 80W-90 about 2.5L each
Brake pedal inspection: Check before and after operation; before each operation
Designated oil filling place: Add oil before and after operation; oil filling
Battery inspection: Check before and after operation; before each operation
3. Planting unit
Planting unit frame: add oil when disassembled; 1.6L of gear oil 80# or 80W-90
Side frame: add oil when disassembled; 0.4L of gear oil 80# or 80W-90
Lead cam: add oil every 50 hours; 10g of 00# grease
Main cam dust cover: add oil when disassembled; 50g of 00# grease
Planting rotary box: add or replace every 100 hours; 100g of 00# grease
Planting rod: check daily; 17.5cc butter for each planting box
Exchange and adjustment of planting fork and seedling claw: check before and after operation; check during each operation when worn or deformed
Designated place for oiling: Add oil before and after operation; oiling
Others
Slack, damage, and fuse inspection of each line speed part: check when a fault occurs; after each operation
Inspection and adjustment of each steel cable: check when a fault occurs; after each operation
The maintenance of agricultural machinery and equipment is very necessary for the long-term use of agricultural machinery, which not only prolongs the service life of agricultural machinery, but also reduces the use cost of agricultural machinery accessories, improves the use efficiency of agricultural machinery, and ensures the quality and quantity of agricultural products. The care and maintenance of agricultural machinery can greatly improve the problems encountered during the use of agricultural machinery and ensure that agriculture continues to operate efficiently.
