When the fibers in the composite fiber material are highly distributed along the same direction, the composite fiber material can have excellent mechanical properties in this direction. The plastic parts produced by dynamic injection molds have a higher degree of fiber orientation, which verifies the superiority of injection molds.


Mold design

During injection molding, when the fluid enters the mold cavity through the main runner and the branch runner, it is affected by friction, the speed direction will change, and the fibers near the side walls will tend to be parallel to the side walls. In the center of the fluid flow channel, the orientation distribution of the fibers is random. (Plastic die maker). By controlling the thickness of the cavity, an initial cavity thickness is given, and a movable core is set during the injection molding process to realize that the cavity thickness increases with the gradual increase of the injection volume until the final size of the cavity thickness is reached (That is, the thickness dimension of the plastic part produced by the injection mold), (Plastic injection mold making), to achieve the purpose of increasing the distribution of the fiber orientation layer and reducing the distribution of the random layer, thereby enhancing the mechanical properties of the injection product.

The movable core is connected with the spring, the initial thickness of the cavity is limited by the spring, and the injection pressure pushes the movable core to move in the direction of the fixed mold until it fits tightly with the fixed template to reach the final cavity size.

The dynamic injection molding mold can improve the orientation of the fiber in the composite material during the injection molding process by modifying the mold cavity design, and obtaining anisotropic plastic parts with superior performance so that the produced plastic parts are better than those produced by traditional injection molds.
