Mold design
During injection molding, when the fluid enters the mold cavity through the main runner and the branch runner, it is affected by friction, the speed direction will change, and the fibers near the side walls will tend to be parallel to the side walls. By controlling the thickness of the cavity, an initial cavity thickness is given, and a movable core is set during the injection molding process to realize that the cavity thickness increases with the gradual increase of the injection volume until the final size of the cavity thickness is reached (That is, the thickness dimension of the plastic part produced by the injection mold), (Plastic injection mold making), to achieve the purpose of increasing the distribution of the fiber orientation layer and reducing the distribution of the random layer, thereby enhancing the mechanical properties of the injection product.
The movable core is connected with the spring, the initial thickness of the cavity is limited by the spring, and the injection pressure pushes the movable core to move in the direction of the fixed mold until it fits tightly with the fixed template to reach the final cavity size.
